Job Description We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for contacting our existing and potential customers for appointments. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and service Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description We are an established company for over 40 years and we are looking for a select individual to join our team. We have a large database of customers who have our Air and Water products. We are looking for some previous experience in either of these fields or both.
