Hospice Sales ExecutiveMesa, AZA hospice provider serving the East Mesa, Arizona market is hiring a Hospice Sales Executive to develop and grow referral relationships across the local healthcare community. This field-based role works directly with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and community partners to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate patient referrals. The position suits an experienced healthcare sales professional who is comfortable in the field and skilled at building trust with referral sources.Schedule Full-time, field-based across the East Mesa territory. Requires regular travel to referral sites within the market.Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 Per Year. Base salary plus uncapped commission.What You'll Do You will develop and maintain referral relationships throughout the East Mesa market, working closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other community partners. You will increase awareness of the organization's hospice services among these referral sources and support appropriate referrals for patients and families. You will spend much of your time in the field conducting professional outreach, representing hospice services credibly to healthcare partners, and educating physicians and families on the value of hospice care. You will work independently in your territory while staying connected to the broader team.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcareProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sourcesStrong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in the fieldReliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurancePreferred QualificationsHospice, palliative care, home health, senior living, hospital, or post-acute care experienceBachelor's degree (additional relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree)Prior clinical experienceCompensation and BenefitsBase salary plus uncapped commission Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume through this posting.
