PRN Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility - Dunn, NC

Broad River Rehab

Job Type: PRN / Per Diem (W-2)
Location: Dunn, NC
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Broad River Rehab is actively hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Dunn, North Carolina .
This is a W-2 PRN position offering flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and consistent local work.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to SNF residents
Complete evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Reliable PRN availability
