General Laborer
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a warehouse, production, or construction environment. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to help maintain an efficient and safe work environment. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, products, or equipment
- Assist with packing, sorting, or assembling items
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks
- Operate basic hand tools or equipment, if trained
- Move items to designated areas using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40lbs] and perform physical labor
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in various weather or warehouse conditions
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment (warehouse, construction site, or production floor)
- May require use of PPE such as gloves, safety vest, or steel-toe boots
- Some tasks may be performed outdoors or in non-climate-controlled areas
