Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, employing a wide range of diagnostic tools to understand their needs and capabilities, including range of motion and functional tests.
• Design individualized treatment plans that address specific patient conditions, goals, and rehabilitation needs, adjusting these plans in response to patient progress.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to promote healing and recovery.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers about treatment approaches, self-care methods, and how to effectively execute home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare colleagues to ensure comprehensive care, including consultations on adaptive equipment and patient progress updates.
• Supervise and mentor support personnel, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and high standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

• A clear professional record with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
