Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to determine their specific needs and develop customized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, incorporating a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities such as frequency-specific microcurrent with equipment including Normatec and Neubie technology.
• Maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
• Document clinical assessments and progress in an efficient and comprehensive manner, using data to track and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Engage with patients through follow-up calls, providing support and encouragement to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on an active, athletic clientele, primarily aged 35 and older, including several elite and professional athletes. Our patients are highly motivated individuals who are dedicated to their health and are proactive about following home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications. You will also have the opportunity to work with vestibular and post-concussion patients, providing a diverse range of therapy experiences.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in physical therapy, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Desire to teach small group fitness classes (3-6 people) as part of patient engagement strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Pilates techniques or certification.
• Training in NAIOMT and IASTM methodologies.
• Prior experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patient populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
