Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and dynamic therapeutic spaces that facilitate individual and group therapies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs, mobility limitations, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized care plans that integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional training.
• Administer treatments to achieve specific patient goals such as pain reduction, increased range of motion, and enhanced physical performance.
• Provide one-on-one patient care, managing a caseload of one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and effective rehabilitation progress.
• Monitor patients' progress continuously, documenting treatment outcomes and adjusting plans based on patient response and recovery trajectory.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques, preventative care strategies, and alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care.
• Engage patients in informed consent discussions regarding their treatment options and expected outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, traumatic injuries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our therapists work closely with each patient to identify personalized goals that enhance their recovery process while fostering an environment of trust and encouragement. We are dedicated to reducing reliance on medications and exploring meaningful alternatives to invasive surgeries.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist, with no disciplinary actions or board complaints.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and capable of developing effective exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred, demonstrating competency in managing diverse orthopedic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting while contributing ideas for improving patient care and operational efficiencies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
