Pay: $18.50-$20/hour

This role involves safely operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment to move, stack, load, unload, and stage pallets while accurately tracking inventory using scanners and computer systems. You support daily shipping, receiving, and material handling activities and assist with general housekeeping tasks to keep the facility clean, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility.
• Handle pallets by stacking, loading, unloading, and staging them in designated areas.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to scan inventory in and out and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support shipping and receiving processes by moving, organizing, and staging inbound and outbound materials.
• Perform material handling tasks using equipment such as electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, cleaning, and general housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively in a bilingual environment to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with additional duties as required to support overall warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency using RF scanners and computer systems to scan inventory in and out.
• Hands on experience handling pallets, including stacking, loading, unloading, and staging.
• Ability to work safely and follow established safety procedures and training.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred English and Spanish
• Comfort performing general facility tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Dover, NJ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
