No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and work ethic.What You'll DoOperate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are metMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of machines and workspacesSupport training of new team members once proficientCarry out repetitive, routine tasks and rotate across equipment as neededFollow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environmentRecommend process improvements and take on additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredForklift certification a plus (not required)No manufacturing experience required—we'll train you!Skills & Attributes:Strong verbal communication skillsDependable, punctual, and committed to teamworkComfortable with structure, routines, and repetitive tasksEagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing settingPhysical RequirementsThis is a physically active role. You'll be on your feet for most of the day and should be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
