An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience• Experience in HCM consulting and digital transformation.• Experience in Workday Core HCM implementation and architecture.• Experience in Workday HCM NA Payroll.• Experience working within global system integrator environments• Expertise in: * Global HR processes and operating models * Multi-country deployments * Workforce transformation• Knowledge of: * Workday HCM architecture * Security and reporting frameworks * Data migration strategies * Integration tools (Studio, EIB, APIs)• Familiarity with cloud and enterprise architecture frameworks.• Workday HCM Certification (required)Preferred Skill and Experience• Exposure to Workday Technical skillset.• Industry exposure (preferred): Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
