Accounts Payable Specialist

Acara Solutions is looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist for one of our clients in Gouverneur, NY. This is contract role. Pay: $18.50 an hour About the Opportunity The Accounts Payable Specialist will support invoice and receiving document processing by printing receiving documents, invoices, and purchase orders; interfiling invoices and receiving documents alphanumerically; batching and matching invoices to receiving documentation; uploading matched invoices; and working through invoices with discrepancies. This role will also communicate by email with Buyers and the Receiving department, copying the supervisor as needed, and review vendor statements to help reconcile vendor accounts.
