Director, Corporate Finance & Strategy
Our client, a consumer-focused technology and services company, is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy to help drive enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. 

Location:
The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for in-person collaboration.

Job Description: 
This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in supporting the company's next phase of growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Monitor business performance against financial targets and provide reporting and insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, operational improvements, and growth opportunities
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to improve financial reporting and planning processes
• Manage and enhance FP&A systems, tools, and reporting capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team while ensuring high-quality deliverables and execution
• Drive process improvements and support key corporate initiatives related to growth and business readiness

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
• Significant experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Experience supporting executive leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across a complex organization
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and financial systems experience
