Systems Analyst - Supply ChainSupply Chain Management's Center of Excellence has a great opportunity for a Systems Analyst to support our strategy on category data analysis and process innovation. As a creative problem solver that will lead procurement and BI tool initiatives, the Systems Analyst collaborates cross-functionally to help plan and implement initiatives that drive process improvement. Key responsibilities include participating in the analysis of business processes, application requirements, development of detailed project specifications, and the development and implementation of major business system tools. Works with Coupa application administration.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Application & PresentationProvides functional support for SCM purchase to pay systems; functional lead on SCM purchase to pay systems and processes (including Coupa, Oracle & BI tool)Leads innovation opportunities to optimize all systems related to purchase-to-pay activities and drives those initiatives in support of the entire SCM teamDesigns and monitors various Supply Chain tool configurationsExploration of robotics automation to enhance existing processesManages the purchase-to-pay system upgrade processes for Supply ChainCoordinates with IT to provide support/identify training needs and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvementsUpdates and runs enhancements for BI and Reporting ToolsAssists with SCM change management strategies and implementation plansAssists with internal and external benchmarkingCoordinates Coupa training initiativesDefines business and systems requirements including documenting processes, business requirements and resulting technology needsDevelops polished executive-level presentations and confidently delivers the information to internal business associates and external clients in a clear and concise fashionAssists in identifying best practices through a review of processesEstablishes and maintains relationships with various departmentsResponsibility Header II Only If NeededGathers appropriate resources to complete assigned projects on time and within budgetEscalates obstacles/issues to meeting timelines and deliverablesReports project status according to prescribed timelines for a given projectMinimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Business or ITExperience4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst2+ years' experience with Coupa Software or other e-procurement integrationKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong organizational, planning, and project management skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data, leveraging information to provide clear, concise and supported recommendations for action.Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with other stakeholder groups.Capacity to work independently and simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under deadline pressure.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and Power BI.Strong written communication and verbal skills.Knowledge in operational business processes and systemsDemonstrated knowledge of process improvementUnderstanding of databases, logic views, query tools, and standard file layouts for conversions and interfacesKnowledge of project management and change management methodologies and processes.Work ConditionsWork EnvironmentWork indoors during all seasons and weather conditionsStandard business dress is required.Work PosturesSitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per dayClimbing stairs to access buildings frequentlyPhysical DemandsPhysical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usageWork HoursWorking beyond "standard" hours as the need arisesPostal Code: 77019 Category (Portal Searching): Logistics Job Location: US-TX - Houston
