We celebrate our associates.Consider the possibilities of joining a Great Place to Work!Provides advanced activities that ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the corporate HR function.AnalyticalTroubleshoot configuration and integration issues to identify and fix root causesSupport system solution by maintaining organizations, setup data and security role assignmentsAdvise on the proper use of solution functionality including previously enabled reports and other data analysis capabilitiesDesign and implement new security configurationsSupport existing security configurations including providing routine security administration and troubleshooting security related issuesCreate custom reports to meet business needs where necessaryWork with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentationConfigure HRIT solution to meet business needs, following standard software development lifecycleAnalyze software releases to assess impact of new featuresDevelop and execute unit and system integration test plans to ensure data accuracy, integrity and securityAssist with the definition of system processes and standardsPerform regular system audits to ensure data quality and compliance with internal policies and regulationsHRIT LiaisonWorks with assigned client group(s), such as HR and Payroll systems teams, to support business requirements, data gathering and analysisCreates User Requirements Specification documentsCreates Functional Specification documents and Change RequestsProvides input into project scope documents and project plansCollaborates with HR Systems team on developing optimal solutions to business needsProvide day to day support by tracking and resolving tickets/ inquiriesProject AdministrationWorks directly with team members to understand project concept, objectives and approachAssists in taking assigned project from original concept through final implementationCreates and supports the development and maintenance of project plans, tracks all phases of the project, providing timely reporting of uses, coordination actions and resolving conflictsSupports the assessment and resolution of any issues which occur, impacting the project deliverables. Ensures leadership team is aware of all active issues and their resolution plansBusiness Analysis and ReportingReviews, analyzes and creates detailed documentation of business processes and systems functionality, including workflow, program functions and steps required to execute systems transactions/processesAnalyzes HR activities and trends; compares to industry standards and best practices. Presents findings/gaps and makes recommendations on solutions to address improvement opportunities and efficiencyEvaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needsMaintain workday integrations within SCI ecosystems and third party vendorsQ & A TestingAssists in defining, developing and executing test plans, in partnership with functional and technical project team membersEnsures that all tests are conducted and documented according to required standardsEnsures that all items follow the change management processMinimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related fieldExperienceTwo (2) years of demonstrated HRIT technical experience supporting Workday HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Learning or RecruitmentWorkday HRIT experience with Workday Security, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Data migrations and Workday integrations with Studio, BIRT, EIB and Core ConnectorsFamiliar with Workday's business process frameworkKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrated experience and knowledge of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, use case development, and test plan development and executionExperience working with integrated ERP software such as Workday HCMProficiency in Workday advanced report writer and calculated fieldsDemonstrated knowledge of HR System, Application, processes and practices within WorkdayExperience working with a global implementation teamAbility to multi-task and change priorities as neededCommunication, Presentation and Interpersonal skillsDemonstrated Analytical, Problem-solving and Critical thinking skillsDetail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and productivity
