Territory Sales Manager - Seattle

Confidential Cardiovascular MedTech Innovator | AI-Powered Cardiac Diagnostics | $300K+ Uncapped OTE | Seattle Territory A high-growth medical technology company is transforming the diagnosis of coronary artery disease with an AI-powered, non-invasive cardiac imaging platform. Trusted by leading health systems worldwide, this innovative technology is helping cardiologists make faster, more informed treatment decisions while improving patient outcomes. Our team has been tapped to hire a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within a key territory. You'll partner with Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, and hospital leadership to expand adoption, develop new business, and grow strategic hospital accounts. What You'll Do Develop new hospital and health system accounts Grow utilization within existing customer accounts Build relationships with Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, and key decision-makers Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close Educate customers on the clinical and economic value of an innovative cardiac technology Collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to drive successful customer adoption Achieve and exceed territory sales goals What We're Looking For 10+ years of medical device sales experience in cardiology or cardiovascular markets Proven success selling into hospitals and health systems Experience managing complex sales cycles and executive-level relationships Strong track record of exceeding sales goals Hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree required Compensation & Perks Up to $150K base salary + uncapped commission ($300K+ target earnings) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Retirement savings program Generous PTO and paid holidays Opportunity to join a rapidly growing leader in cardiovascular innovation All qualified applicants will be considered.
