Medical Office Operations Lead — Supervisory & Billing Focus

Suburban Endoscopy Center is seeking a full-time Business Office Coordinator to support the Administrator in daily business office operations. The role includes supervision of Registration and Medical Records staff and ensuring adherence to office policies and procedures. The BOC will manage hiring, training, and performance reviews, maintain knowledge of accounts receivable and managed care contracts, and assist in strategic planning to minimize DSO and bad debt while increasing efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr United Surgical Partners International
