Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on assisting the team with day-to-day activities that help the agency to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customers regarding billing, claim and policy needs.
• Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Assist and collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Desire to help your team be the best for your customers.
• Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
• Obtaining applicable state insurance licenses is preferred, but not required.
