This position focuses on assisting the team with day-to-day activities that help the agency to better serve our customers.Responsibilities:Communicate with existing customers regarding billing, claim and policy needs.Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.Assist and collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and listening skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.Desire to help your team be the best for your customers.Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.Obtaining applicable state insurance licenses is preferred, but not required.Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
