What You'll Do as a CNC Operator

• Set up, operate, and maintain one or more CNC machines
• Process materials through milling, drilling, bending, and other machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic preventative maintenance
• Monitor machine performance and make program adjustments when needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain production records and report inventory or tooling needs
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might Have:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with G-code and CAD/CAM software (V-Carve experience preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills
• Knowledge of mathematics, machining, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to perform machine setup, tooling changes, and basic maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
