What You’ll Do Design Inspiring Experiences : Bring our curriculum to life with hands-on, meaningful learning that sparks curiosity. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience teaching in a licensed preschool At least 18 years old Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR CDA certification and 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting OR 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori program Why You’ll Love Being Here People-First Culture – Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment.
