Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals.

Collaborate with Medical Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers about effective therapy strategies to promote continued progress at home.

Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that patients are on track toward their goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
