Pay will be based on experience. Offering Retention Bonuses of $500.00 payable after 6 months and 12 months of employment.Job Duties:Establish open communication with seniors and their familiesAssist our Residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, serving meals, transfers and other servicesCompanionship and friendship for seniors and loved onesMedication reminders and/or assistanceAssist fellow staff and Managers as neededJob Requirements:Must have Current Nurse Assistant's (CNA) Certification.High School Graduate or GEDA passion for seniors and helping othersAbility to pass a background check and eligibility for employmentRecognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgroundsFlexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to help where neededAbility to physically meet the job demands as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
