Immediately Hiring!Material Handler for Sheffield PlantStarting Pay: $17.95 per hourShift: Monday to Friday (40 hours)As a Material Handler you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!Primary ResponsibilitiesThe position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessaryPrepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.PPG provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
