Paralegal – Plaintiff Litigation

A prominent downtown Houston plaintiff litigation firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal to support attorneys handling complex, high-profile litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on nationally recognized cases in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
• Manage case files, discovery, and document production
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys with trial strategy and courtroom preparation
• Conduct legal research and summarize records, pleadings, and evidence
• Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously
• Trial experience is a plus
• Proficiency with legal case management and e-filing systems
