As a Security Officer Corprorate Building Full Time Patrol Services in New York, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.05 - $21.05 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with maintaining authorized entry procedures, and report access-control issues to appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal supervision, property management, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
