As our newest groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and all common areas of the community.Essential Functions:As a groundskeeper with Sandhurst, you will:Understand and follow proper safety procedures for company and community, including maintaining cleanliness and protection of work spacesMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, in line with the established standardsUphold all company policies, goals, and valuesComply with federal, state, and/or local law regarding to operation of the communityAssist in completion of work orders, as directed by the maintenance supervisorAssist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-insPerforms all other groundskeeper responsibilities as directed, including, but not limited to, removal of litter or refuse from grounds and vacated apartmentsQualifications:To join Sandhurst as a groundskeeper, you'll need to:Hold a CPO certificationHave effective verbal communication skillsBe able to work weekends, after hours, and/or holidaysLegal Terms:Sandhurst Apartment Management provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, genetics or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
