Senior Regional Property Manager’s Responsibilities: The Senior Regional Property Manager’s duties are organized into three primary areas: To drive property performance through leading, monitoring and evaluating financial, occupancy and brand performance. To assist in aligning Burkely and client initiatives into a clear operational strategy throughout the assigned portfolio. To supervise a highly capable, strategically minded property management leadership team while maintaining direct oversight of select assigned properties. Qualifications (Please do not apply unless you meet these qualifications): Three (3) or more years of multifamily portfolio management experience. Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or equivalent education and experience. Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving operational and financial performance goals. Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, and asset performance. Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, resident retention, and customer service best practices. Professional industry designations such as CAPS, CAM, ARM®, CPM®, or similar are preferred but not required. This position is performed in both office and residential community settings. The Senior Regional Property Manager regularly travels between communities and may be exposed to varying weather conditions while conducting property inspections. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to support operational needs, emergencies, or company events.
