The Fleet Technician/Mechanic is responsible for the timely repair and maintenance of light to medium duty fleet vehicles to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Heavy Automotive Fleet (Ford, Chevy, Dodge - 1 Ton Trucks) for the Telecom industry. We also have small diesel engines, and generators. Pay & Schedule Pay: $37.00 – $42.00/hour (based on experience) Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm Sign-On & Retention Bonus – Up to $5,500

Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. This position requires regular use of hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
