Restaurant ManagerWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant group for one of its flagship Upper West Side locations. This is a confidential search for an iconic, established restaurant generating approximately $25 million in annual sales volume.This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the importance of guest experience, and has a proven track record leading large teams while maintaining operational excellence.What You'll Be Responsible For:Leading daily front-of-house restaurant operations in a very high-volume environmentDriving an exceptional guest experience and creating a culture centered around hospitalityDeveloping, mentoring, and coaching hourly team members and managersWriting and managing labor-efficient schedulesMonitoring labor controls, staffing levels, and operational efficienciesPartnering with culinary and events teams to ensure flawless executionSupporting private dining, catering, and large-scale event operationsUpholding service standards, systems, and operational consistencyAssisting with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance managementMaintaining strong communication between FOH and BOH leadership teamsWhat We're Looking For:Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environmentsStrong leadership presence with a passion for hospitality and people developmentProven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced operationsExperience managing labor, scheduling, and operational controlsBackground in restaurants with catering and private events is highly preferredFamiliarity with systems such as Toast and Restaurant365 (R365)Ability to remain calm, organized, and guest-focused under pressureHands-on leadership style with strong floor presenceCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salaryQuarterly bonus programPaid Time Off (PTO)Pre-tax savings programComprehensive benefits packageStrong long-term growth potential within the organizationThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, highly respected hospitality organization with strong culture, long-term growth potential, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
