Territory Sales Manager - Compounding / Pharmaceutical Sales Travel: All business travel reimbursed Ideal candidates will have experience selling 503A compounded products, pharmaceuticals, or other healthcare products directly to physicians, clinics, wellness practices, or healthcare providers. This is a remote, field-based sales role covering Colorado. You will work from a home office while regularly traveling throughout your territory to meet with providers, prospect for new business, attend events and conferences, and develop existing relationships. You will be selling the company's membership and vendor solutions to physician practices, wellness clinics, longevity practices, medical spas, and other healthcare organizations. This role combines new business development and account growth. Building and managing a pipeline of new healthcare providers Prospecting and winning new provider accounts Introducing providers to the company's network of vetted healthcare and wellness vendors, including compounded products Growing existing accounts and identifying additional sales opportunities Managing relationships with key provider accounts Attending conferences, networking events, and industry meetings Working closely with vendor, account management, and leadership teams You are not simply expected to hit a monthly sales target and move on to the next account. As you build relationships and bring providers onto the network, you continue to benefit from the revenue those accounts generate. The more successful you are at building and retaining your territory, the more opportunity you have to create ongoing, recurring commission income over time. You will have the opportunity to build your territory from the ground up, win new provider accounts, and then grow those relationships over time.
