What You’ll DoAs an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely reordering of products.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Checking in orders efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
- Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with inventory management software and basic office tools.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Pet Enthusiast: A passion for helping pet owners and understanding their needs is a plus!
