Experience with this patient population is essential. The RN will work day shifts, 3 days per week. Charting experience using EPIC is required. The RN will handle a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5. Care includes managing adult patients with neurological conditions. The role involves neurosurgical recovery and stroke management. The RN will be required to float to other units within their skillset. Knowledge of IV therapy, phlebotomy, and medication administration is crucial. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills. Comfort with rapid response and code team scenarios is necessary. All candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
