Ideal candidates will have: Experienced veterinary hospital leadership required Demonstrated business acumen, including budgeting, labor management, P&L accountability, revenue growth, and operational decision-making Proven success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and hold teams accountable The ability to partner effectively with veterinarians and support staff to achieve shared goals Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management skills A track record of driving operational efficiency, client experience, and overall hospital performance A passion for continuous improvement and developing people A desire to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact within a thriving veterinary practice What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
