Airline Account Manager – Houston International Airport (IAH) Tracking Code: IAHBMAPR2026 Position Overview Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Account Manager for a prestigious International Airline at the Houston Airport. The Business Manager leads the airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on supervision of the staff and delegate workload. Provide direct customer relations support. Ensure that the account operates according to schedule and service level agreements. Recruit, interview, and hire staff. Oversee the long‑term analysis of manpower needs and groom potential leaders. Ensure cross‑training and provide new and refresher training for staff members. Manage attendance records and ensure appropriate shift coverage. Handle discipline and motivation issues. Process promotion, demotion, and termination paperwork. Enforce safety, security, and grooming standards. Administer performance reward programs. Control the budget for labor costs and allocation. Requirements & Skills Proven leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal, coaching and counseling skills Self‑driven focus on customer and client satisfaction Ability to excel under pressure and meet extreme deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in planning rosters and monitoring work schedules Problem‑solving and quick decision‑making skills within operations 5 years airline experience preferred; minimum 4 years airline supervisor experience preferred Computer skills (Word, Excel), typing, and ticketing experience Ability to work varied hours Essential Requirements Previous airline experience At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. English proficient; other languages may be required Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying) Computer literate Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs. Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies and procedures Must be able to obtain security clearance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency) Professional demeanor and exceptional presentation Flexible schedule and availability Background check, fingerprinting and drug screen required Training Selected candidates will be required to attend and successfully complete management and airline product training.
