Job Description:

As a Team Leader, you will serve as the leader of your shift and work closely with your store manager to help them execute the Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen vision on a daily basis

Who do you report to?:

You will primarily report to your store manager.

Position Overview:

It is your job to assist the manager in leading staff members to maintain a clean, friendly, productive environment that maximizes the customer experience and supports employees.

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Fulfill all staff level requirements
• Communicate with store manager
• Communicate with VSK team at your location
• Customer engagement
• Help the manager resolve schedule conflicts
• Knowledgeable about the nutritional information of each salad
• Assist the store manager in the training of new hires
• Assist the store manager in food ordering and preparation
• Knowledgeable about catering. Both what we offer and how to prepare it
• Maintaining change safe & closing the cash drawer in the evenings
• Delegation of tasks
• Conflict resolution
• Self-motivating & on task
