Now Hiring: Assembly Line Workers | Earn Up to $23/Hour

Matteson, IL

Looking for a stable manufacturing career with excellent benefits and growth opportunities? We're hiring Assembly Technicians for both day and night shifts in a clean, modern production facility.

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $21.00/hr

Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $23.00/hr

Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend

• Assemble components and finished products
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Complete production paperwork and checklists
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and troubleshooting
• Follow safety, quality, and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work on your feet for a 12-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinley Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
