General Production Worker | Day & Night Shifts | Up to $23/hr.

Join a leading manufacturing team in Cell & Module Assembly ! We're hiring motivated production workers for day (6am-6pm) and night (6pm-6am) shifts.

What You'll Do

Operate production machinery

Assemble and package products

Move materials, parts, and boxes throughout the facility

Maintain quality and safety standards in a clean-room environment

What We're Looking For

6+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience

Stable work history (9+ months per employer preferred)

Comfortable with PPE and standing/walking throughout the shift

Reliable and able to work rotating schedules, including every other weekend

Schedule & Pay

Day Shift: $21/hr.

Night Shift: $23/hr.

2-2-3 rotating schedule (work every other weekend)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Matteson, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
