Production Worker Opportunity

Primary Staffing is hiring production workers for a manufacturing facility in Matteson, Illinois. This role is a strong fit for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, material handling, or production support who are looking for a full-time opportunity in a fast-moving industrial environment. This Matteson, IL manufacturing job supports a battery and electronics production setting and may include assembly, line feeding, visual inspection, material handling, and general production floor support. Key Responsibilities

Assemble battery and electronic components according to work instructions
Use basic tools and production equipment as needed
Feed materials to the line and support production flow
Inspect products visually to identify defects or quality concerns
Move materials and support warehouse-related tasks
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow PPE, OSHA, and client-specific safety requirements
Work alongside supervisors, quality personnel, and logistics teams to support daily production goals

Requirements

Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Repetitive hand and arm movement
Bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
Steel-toe boots required
Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour shifts
Overtime may be available based on production needs
1st shift, 2nd shift, or rotating shifts may be available
