It involves consulting with customers to understand their business challenges and designing solutions using wireless network technologies and devices. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of wireless products, network coverage, and value-added solutions to effectively address customer needs. Success is measured by the ability to facilitate customer engagements, provide accurate technical information, and support solution implementation. The work impacts organizational sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction by ensuring tailored, technically sound wireless solutions are delivered. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
