Snapshot / Role Overview
We're hiring a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Dallas, TX to lead takeoffs and pricing for large commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
Must-Haves Local to Dallas with a solid, stable work history 5+ years of commercial mechanical estimating experience Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems Proficient with takeoff tools (FastPipe, QuickPen, Trimble, etc.) Bachelor's in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field experience Nice-to-Haves Experience with large projects: hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, arenas, fabs Familiar with Viewpoint, Maxwell, or similar estimating platforms Past hands-on field experience (duct, piping, or plumbing) Compensation & Logistics
