Job Title Job Description Missions In Brief Your main activities: 1- Direction / Administration/ Management 1-1 Budget preparation, execution and monitoring: • Define and analyze needs, • Establish consumption forecasts and budget requests, • Monitor expenditure execution, 1-2 Management and monitoring of the IT park of the area: • Manage the IT park, • Monitor the management of software licenses and antiviral securities, • Manage user rights, • Manage the multifunction park: order, within the framework of the SOLIMP public procurement contract, multifunction equipment for the entire area and follow-up, • Manage the telephone line park, in liaison with the RGB 1-3 Management of requests and incidents in liaison with the DIT 1-4 Promotion and monitoring of respect for IT security guidelines: • Awareness operations, • Drafting the annual report for the area, • Transmission of operating modes elaborated by the DIT • Management of security incidents in liaison with the DIT, 1-5 Administrative and financial management of service providers: • Follow up on software maintenance contracts, • Draft documents for subsequent contracts (IT and telecommunications), in liaison with the RGB • Follow up on the execution of contracts, 1-6 Internal financial control: • Establish and apply a reference framework for internal financial control, • Define and apply action plans, 1-7 Writing reports, notes and letters,

1. 8 Participation in meetings and institutional working groups at the regional or national level. 2- Human Resources/Training 2-1 Organization and animation of the service: coordinate the activities of the Deputy Head of IT Management (RGIA), ambassadors of the digital transformation notaries and staff of the local IT cells (CIP)
2. 2 Conducting professional interviews of agents under your authority

2-3 Animation of the network of local IT correspondents, staff of the notaries 2-4 Support for jurisdictions in the deployment of new technologies: • Trips to jurisdictions, • Awareness operations, in liaison with the ambassadors of the digital transformation, 2-5 Design, elaboration and validation of the training plan, in liaison with the RGIA:

• Collect and analyze expressed needs,
• Choose the themes, contents and schedule the calendar,
• Present the project to the CTSD
