Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, also referred to as a Healthcare Recruiter or Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA Specialist). The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus. Work Environment Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Full Time Office Type: Hybrid Schedule (First 60 days in office daily) Hours: 8-hour shift – 9:00am to 5:00pm (flexibility) Location: Providence Medical Center – Kansas City, KS Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid vacation, sick time and holidays Bereavement leave, FMLA and other leave options Employer 401K options Tuition reimbursement options Life, disability, and other insurance options Many other amazing benefits Full benefits at Prime Healthcare: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives Qualifications Deal‑breakers: You must have: High school diploma/GED, required Experience developing and negotiating job offers Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates Additional Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience Employment Status Full Time Shift Days Equal Employment Opportunity Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
