Overview Recruitment & Talent Manager – Tucson or Phoenix, AZ Mining / Technical Recruitment Are you passionate about building strong teams and shaping the future workforce? We’re looking for a Recruitment & Talent Manager to lead our hiring strategies across technical, professional, and field-based roles. Based in Tucson, AZ (preferred) or Phoenix, AZ, this role reports directly to the HR Director and manages a small, dedicated team. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and developing a team of recruiters and HR administrators. Designing and executing recruitment strategies for technical, skilled trades, and professional roles. Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and succession management. Driving diversity and inclusion across the hiring lifecycle. Managing recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Engaging with candidates and stakeholders in both English and Spanish. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (min. 1 year managing a team). Strong background in technical recruitment; mining or heavy industry experience is a plus. Skilled in workforce planning, succession strategy, and candidate engagement. Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and up to date with labor market trends.
