Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.). Schedule & Pay Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) Hours: Availability required 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn Compensation: $22-$28/hr Bonus Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr. We’ll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses) 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!) Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance Willingness to pass background and health checks Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos What You’ll Do Help Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.
