As a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, you'll have the opportunity to build a business that protects families and businesses while creating long-term financial success for yourself. You'll receive industry-leading training, ongoing coaching, marketing support, and the backing of one of America's most recognized insurance brands.

What You'll Do

Build and grow your own insurance agency
Develop relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses
Educate clients on insurance and financial protection solutions
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team
Create marketing and networking strategies to generate new business
Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
Manage the operations and growth of your agency

What We're Looking For

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business ownership
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales, management, leadership, or business development experience preferred
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Ability to meet Farmers Insurance financial and licensing requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
