Job Description

• Cultivate Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patients thoroughly to design tailored interventions that help them reach their rehabilitation goals
• Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply proven practices to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee integrated, comprehensive patient care
• Educate Patients and their Families: Provide insights and guidance to patients and caregivers on effective therapy methods to encourage continuous improvement at home
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor therapeutic outcomes meticulously and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on a successful path

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certification

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
