We are seeking an Appeals & Grievances Coordinator to join The Hollister Group, a leading women-owned staffing firm in the Boston area. This role is remote with a compensation of $22/hr . Responsibilities: Coordinate appeals and grievances activities Track all member appeals and grievances in the systems provided Ensure all appeals and grievances meet their administrative due dates Facilitate communication between parties, internally and externally Prepare various communications for relevant teams and stakeholders Assist in preparing reports or information for audits or oversight actions Perform other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in appeals & grievances Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Customer service and administrative skills Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume.
