Appeals Coordinator

We are seeking an Appeals & Grievances Coordinator to join The Hollister Group, a leading women-owned staffing firm in the Boston area. This role is remote with a compensation of $22/hr .
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appeals and grievances activities
- Track all member appeals and grievances in the systems provided
- Ensure all appeals and grievances meet their administrative due dates
- Facilitate communication between parties, internally and externally
- Prepare various communications for relevant teams and stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports or information for audits or oversight actions
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in appeals & grievances
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and administrative skills
