This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support various aspects of the business, including field operations and residential sales, and collaborating with various vendors. Responsibilities Coordinate field operations with paint crews and evaluate production quality Provide extraordinary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction Assist in preparing and managing residential and commercial estimates in the CertaPro Painters estimating system Coordinate with paint vendors to ensure correct products are being used in the field and stores are stocked appropriately with those products Assist with various assignments directed by the Owner Qualifications Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent 3 years of work experience, preferably in the home improvement industry Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish Proof of a clean Driver’s License Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills Experience in residential/commercial sales and field operations is a plus Must be available to work some evenings and weekends when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
