What You'll Do

• Communicate effectively with departments andmaintainaccuraterecords of work, repairs, and material usage
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment, hand tools, and expertise
• Execute repairs, replacements, adjustments, calibrations, assembly, installation, testing, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on shop machinery, mobile equipment, HVAC systems, PLC networks, and cranes
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, split units, package units, and refrigeration systems
• Operate diagnostic tools such as digital voltmeters, multi-volt meters, and other electronic instruments
• Use SAP maintenance module for documentation, time tracking, and corrective actions

What You'll Need

• Proficient in using precision measurement instruments
• Intermediate understanding of HVAC controls, electrical schematics, motor theory, common electrical tools, and high voltage (+480V)
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, or 3 years in a heavy industrial setting
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, dust, fumes, loud noise, uneven surfaces, elevated areas, and confined spaces
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and steps, and work at heights
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration trade practices

Your Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
