Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, current mental health challenges, and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic techniques and coping mechanisms.
• Monitor and document treatment progress using electronic health records, ensuring accuracy in clinical notes and updates.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and internal training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and external agencies to coordinate care and resources for clients.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in all patient interactions and documentation.

Qualifications
